The digital product’s download link will be automatically sent to the email address you provide upon checkout. If for some reason you do not receive the download link, please contact us at info@ntreehouse.org immediately with your transaction’s order number and purchase details to ensure your product is delivered to you as soon as possible. Please check your email’s spam folder and double check to make sure you entered your correct email address upon purchase.

The purchase of all digital products, including PDF downloads and other online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase on our website. All transactions for purchase of any digital downloads, intangible products, pdf downloads, including ebooks and other resource material and online content are deemed “used” after download. Therefore all purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict NO refund policy after your purchase is made.
