All transactions for purchase of any digital downloads, intangible products, pdf downloads, including ebooks and other resource material and online content are deemed “used” after download. Therefore all purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict NO refund policy after your purchase is made. DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.
How will I receive my product's digital download after I make my purchase?

Product Digital Delivery The digital product’s download link will be automatically sent to the email address you provide upon checkout. If for some reason you do not receive the download link, please contact us at info@ntreehouse.org immediately with your transaction’s order number and purchase details to ensure your product is delivered to you as soon as possible.
